Irate Customers

We've all thad them from time to time - irate customers who swear to us on the phone or just plainly refuse to co-operate but spare some feelings for this guy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yj2oXMdZ4sk this has got to be one of the worst (and funniest) customer calls I have ever heard!

Post if you have had anything like this.

Also on a note for anyone who works in customer service, pay attention to what you are saying when speaking to the public and always stay aware otherwise you could end up like this woman: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIIRmIQVXrE

Have you ever had any blinding errors like this?

Share your most embarrasing sales moment and give us all a chuckle!

"And old Dave, he'd go up to his room, y'understand, put on his green velvet slippers - I'll never forget - and pick up his phone and call the buyers, and without leaving his room, at the age of eighty-four, he made his living. And when I saw that, I realized that selling was the greatest career a man could want." Arthur Miller (1915 - 2005), Death of a Salesman, 1949.

Re: Irate Customers

no comments?

Surely some people  must have had irate customers or done something embarrasing?

Like the time I delivered a hour long presentation to a government tender opportunity - only to realise as i sat down that my shirt was sticking out of my fly!

Don't be shy I won't judge..... much!

Re: Irate Customers

I am sure that there are plenty of irate customer stories out there, but I think that most people would just as soon forget them and concentrate on something positive.  (Hopefully).:smileywink:
