Thank you hadedB. also, when i add contacts why do they not appear on the companies database straight away? how long do they take to appear for users to purchase?

No problem, happy to help!  When you add a new contact to the database, they are sent an email giving them an opportunity to opt-out.  During that time their information will not be available to other users.  It can take anywhere from 7-14 days for their information to be available. 

I believe this is probably part of why they changed the rating window from 30 to 45 days.  That way you still have a full month to receive a rating on the contact once it is available for purchase.
