Can you guys believe it is December already? This year has flown!
It is about this time every year that I start reflecting on everything we’ve accomplished together as the data.com community. This year was particularly exciting. Hundreds of you came out to our various events to meet us in person and share your success stories. Together, we grew our database to 30 million contacts. And, you all helped us re-brand Jigsaw to our new vision— Data.com.
Now, as the year draws to a close, I am hoping we can all come together again for a “Season of Giving." Give to the community and data.com will give back--for every contact you add between now and December 31st, we’ll make a charitable donation to Shelter Network , one of our Salesforce Foundation charities, that helps homeless families & individuals on the San Francisco Peninsula become rapidly and permanently re-housed.
This is a great and easy way to help yourself, help your fellow community members, and help those in need.
No contacts to add? You can still help us by:
-Tweeting this blog post and let your followers know that they, too, can add contacts to Jigsaw and by doing so, contribute to a greater cause. And for the latest updates, you can follow us on Twitter
-Post this blog to your Facebook page and let your friends know about the Season of Giving. There’s so much power in who you know!
-Share with your LinkedIn networks--there are so many contacts out there just waiting to be added to Jigsaw!
And the Season of Giving doesn’t stop there. The team and I are planning a volunteer event in January and all of our members are invited! Keep following the blog for more information. We'd love for you to join us as we continue to give back.
Here’s to more great accomplishments in 2012!
