Negative rating for two updates - same day?

I called a contact I had recently purchased. I got voice mail for a different person. I marked the record with 'Bad Phone number'. So I got royalty ownership. Then I looked up the main phone number and called it. I was advised by the receptionist that the person I was originally calling for no longer works there. I just marked the record "No Longer Works at Company". Since I was the Royaly owner with an update within 30 days (Bad phone number) will I get a penalty for this?

 

I now realize I shouldn't have been so fast to mark it bad number, until I know the WHOLE story. I won't repeat again.

Thank you for following through on that upate and checking all the facts, GreenieGal. You will not receive a penalty on a record you update in this manner. In fact we often encourage members who have questions on their uploaded contacts to update them first as they will not receive the penalty if they catch and correct their own mistake.
