No longer at Company

I received a message that one of my royalty contacts had a bad email. While verifying this information, I found out he is no longer at the company. How do I change the record from 'bad email' to 'no longer at company' without getting penalized?

Re: No longer at Company

Technically, both instances are true statements. The email is bad because the employee is no longer with. The only way to make it "more right", would be to un-graveyard the contact, and then mark the contact as no longer with.

However, this is considered bad form, because you will affect the rating of the user who marked the email as being bad. Essentially, the real right answer is to leave it alone. The contact is where it needs to be, and that's the graveyard.

Ok, I'll leave it as is. I thought there might be a way to make it 'more right', without penalizing the other user or myself.
